Who you are
You are a construction professional with experience in using software to plan and manage construction projects. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and friendly, with a passion for improving the construction industry. Your ability to connect customer workflows to technology allows you to demonstrate how to reduce errors and improve efficiency. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction and drive account expansion. You have a strong understanding of construction processes and are comfortable advising clients on best practices. Your communication skills enable you to effectively partner with sales teams and guide customers through successful platform deployments.
What you'll do
As a Construction Success Manager, you will work closely with prospects and existing clients, focusing on those with the highest potential. You will connect customer workflows to Fieldwire's technology, showing them how to reduce errors and improve efficiency. Advising and guiding customers through successful platform deployments, trainings, and continuous engagement programs will be key to ensuring their satisfaction. You will act as a Fieldwire product expert, partnering with the Sales team to help customers extract maximum value from the platform based on their business goals and objectives. You will approach client interactions with the same problem-solving mindset as you would with any construction project, identifying roadblocks and finding solutions. Your role will involve continuous engagement with clients to foster long-term relationships and drive account expansion.
