Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, and are skilled at building and nurturing relationships with executive-level decision-makers. You understand complex business needs and can effectively communicate how Figma's solutions can address those challenges. Your experience has equipped you with effective discovery and value-selling techniques, allowing you to create and manage a pipeline of Enterprise accounts successfully. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn from industry leaders while contributing to a team that values creativity and innovation.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Figma, you will play a critical role in driving sales and maximizing revenue with our Enterprise customers. You will be responsible for targeting and building relationships with key decision-makers in both new and existing customers, particularly those with 5000+ FTEs. Your role will involve aligning with executives on their business challenges and gaining sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments of Figma's product suite. You will create and manage a pipeline of accounts to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Your ability to apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques will be essential in strengthening relationships and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
