Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing SMB accounts — you've successfully built and nurtured relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their complex business needs and delivering tailored solutions. Your experience in value-selling techniques allows you to effectively communicate the benefits of Figma's product suite to potential clients.

You are fluent in Spanish and possess excellent communication skills — you can articulate Figma's value proposition clearly and persuasively, ensuring that clients understand how our platform can enhance their design processes. Your ability to analyze business challenges enables you to align Figma's offerings with client needs, fostering long-term partnerships.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams — your ability to connect with various stakeholders, from executives to technical teams, ensures that you can drive enterprise-wide deployments successfully. You are results-oriented and consistently meet or exceed sales targets, demonstrating your commitment to achieving success for both your clients and Figma.

Desirable

Experience in the design or software industry is a plus — familiarity with design tools and workflows will help you better understand client needs and position Figma's solutions effectively. A background in account management or business development will enhance your ability to create strategic account plans that drive revenue growth.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Figma, you will create and manage a pipeline of SMB accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. You will apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques to build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in both new and existing customers, focusing on organizations with 1-500 FTEs.

You will align with executives on their business challenges and gain sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments of Figma's product suite, identifying where our roadmap and innovations fit into their long-term strategies. Conducting thorough analyses will be essential as you create strategic account plans that outline company priorities and how Figma can address them.

You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that our offerings meet the evolving needs of our clients, providing feedback that can help shape future product developments. Your role will also involve participating in onboarding new clients, ensuring they have a smooth transition to using Figma's platform and maximizing their experience.
