Who you are

You have experience in sales, particularly in managing accounts and building relationships with decision-makers. You understand the importance of aligning with executives on business challenges and can effectively communicate the value of innovative solutions. You are comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales activities, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work with cross-functional partners.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to conduct thorough analyses to create effective account plans that outline company priorities. You are proactive in your approach, consistently seeking to meet or surpass sales targets while nurturing positive relationships with clients. Your ability to apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques sets you apart in the field.

What you'll do

In this role, you will create and manage a pipeline of Mid-Market accounts, focusing on companies with 500-5000 FTEs. You will engage in both inbound and outbound activities to drive sales and maximize revenue. Your responsibilities will include applying effective discovery techniques to understand complex business needs and delivering tailored solutions across Figma's product suite.

You will work closely with key decision-makers, aligning with executives to gain sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments. Your role will involve conducting thorough analyses to create account plans that outline company priorities, ensuring that Figma's innovations fit into their long-term strategies. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of design and collaboration by helping clients leverage Figma's platform effectively.
