Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in managing relationships with enterprise-level clients. Your experience includes building and maintaining key relationships with C-level executives, ensuring that you can effectively orchestrate the right executive touch points. You thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment, demonstrating a keen interest in technology and a deep understanding of financial technology infrastructure.
You possess excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your approach to CRM hygiene is meticulous, and you have experience utilizing thorough sales forecasting metrics on a weekly and quarterly basis, communicating them succinctly to your team and leadership.
What you'll do
As a key member of the Enterprise Sales team, you will manage and elevate relationships with a named account list while identifying new growth opportunities for Stripe. Your responsibilities will include identifying high-potential prospective users and employing effective prospecting strategies to generate leads that drive net-new revenue growth in your territory. You will contribute to shaping our platform partnership strategy and building repeatable processes and scaled engagement models.
You will be dedicated to accounts located in São Paulo, Brazil, ensuring that you understand their unique needs and how Stripe can exceed their expectations. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the demands of our largest customers. You will also be responsible for developing outbound strategies to engage potential clients and drive business growth.
