Figma is seeking an Enterprise Support Specialist who is fluent in Korean to enhance their Enterprise Support function. You'll work closely with enterprise-level customers to diagnose issues and deliver exceptional support experiences. You have experience in technical support, particularly with enterprise-level customers, and understand their unique needs. Your fluency in Korean allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele, ensuring that you can provide tailored support. You are adept at diagnosing issues and determining solutions, always keeping the customer experience at the forefront of your efforts. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver exceptional service. You are passionate about design and technology, and you are excited to contribute to a mission that makes design accessible to all. You are comfortable using various tools and platforms to streamline workflows and enhance customer interactions.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Support Specialist at Figma, you will partner with the Enterprise Support Manager to define and elevate the support function for Figma's top customers. You will be responsible for crafting exceptional support experiences that build trust within the Figma community. Your role will involve diagnosing customer issues, determining effective solutions, and anticipating customer impact. You will serve as a customer advocate, ensuring that their needs are met while collaborating cross-functionally with other teams. You will develop a deep understanding of Figma's products to provide informed support and guidance. Your contributions will help shape the future of design and collaboration, making a significant impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
