What you'll do
As a Partner Account Manager at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key reseller partners. Your primary focus will be on enabling these partners to grow their accounts and increase deal registrations. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that partners have the resources and support they need to succeed.
You will conduct regular check-ins with partners to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
