Experience with design tools or platforms similar to Figma is a plus — you have a passion for design and understand the challenges teams face in the design process. Familiarity with IT and security protocols will help you address customer inquiries effectively.
What you'll do
As an Associate Solutions Consultant at Figma, you will be responsible for painting the vision of the Figma platform to customers and guiding them in realizing its value through engaging product demonstrations. You will support the sales team by addressing questions about the Figma platform and showcasing how it accelerates digital product delivery to both prospective and existing customers. You will own the customer IT and security relationship during the deal cycle, addressing security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, and enterprise questions. Your role will be pivotal in driving Figma's growth within the region, and you will collaborate with established teams across the sales organization to decrease customer time to value and help them sustain long-term impact.
