What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for growing Figure's broker partner network within the small business finance sector. You will engage directly with partners to understand their needs and how Figure's offerings can meet those needs. You will develop strategies to attract new partners and enhance relationships with existing ones. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partner feedback is incorporated into product development and service delivery. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. You will represent Figure at industry events and conferences, showcasing the company's innovative approach to small business financing. You will work closely with the marketing team to create materials that effectively communicate Figure's value proposition to potential partners.
