Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales training and excellence, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors. Your experience includes developing training programs that enhance sales performance and drive user adoption of complex products. You are a fast learner who is highly self-directed, with a strong understanding of the digital asset landscape and its complexities. You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and you are passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively sell Fireblocks' digital asset solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop materials that address those needs. Your role will also involve monitoring the effectiveness of training initiatives and making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement. You will play a key role in driving sales excellence by providing ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives, helping them to achieve their targets and enhance their performance.
