You have 5+ years of GTM SaaS recruiting experience, including 3+ years in-house at high-growth tech companies — you've successfully hired for various GTM roles and understand the nuances of the tech industry. Your proven success in hiring senior-level talent showcases your ability to identify and engage top candidates who align with company values.

You are passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives — you actively source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a seamless candidate experience through efficient, data-driven hiring processes. Your collaborative spirit allows you to partner effectively with GTM leaders across North America, EMEA, and APAC, providing strategic hiring guidance that aligns with business goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, including Technical Sales, RevOps, Customer Solutions, Alliances, and Marketing. You will work closely with hiring teams to identify and hire top talent while championing Fivetran's values. Your strategic insights will help streamline recruitment efforts, collaborating across HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to enhance the overall candidate experience.

You will ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and data-driven, leveraging metrics to improve hiring outcomes. Your role will also involve engaging with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring they have a positive experience from application to onboarding. You will be a key player in fostering a culture of inclusivity and support within the organization.
