First Resonance is hiring a Manufacturing Success Manager to ensure successful adoption of their software solutions by clients. You'll manage customer onboarding, drive product adoption, and advocate for customer needs. This role is based in Los Angeles.

Who you are
You are a customer-oriented individual with a strong background in relationship management and project management. You excel at building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs and challenges. You have a proactive approach to driving product adoption and maximizing customer value from software solutions. You are skilled in advocating for customer needs internally and ensuring their feedback is incorporated into product development. You have experience in identifying opportunities for contract renewals and expansion within existing accounts, driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
What you'll do
As a Manufacturing Success Manager, you will project manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our software solutions into their manufacturing workflows. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, serving as their primary point of contact for all post-sales activities. You will proactively engage with clients to drive product adoption and usage, providing guidance and best practices to ensure they are maximizing the value of our solutions. You will advocate for the needs and requirements of customers internally within First Resonance, ensuring their feedback is heard and incorporated into product development and improvement efforts. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for contract renewals and expansion within existing accounts, driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve any issues that arise during the customer journey.
