What you'll do

As an Associate Commercial Solution Consultant at Five9, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and optimization of cloud contact center solutions for our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are getting the most out of our software. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the onboarding process, providing training, and offering ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with various teams within the company to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
