What you'll do

In this role, you will drive strategic talent initiatives that align with Five9's business goals. You will work closely with EMEA and LATAM leaders to ensure that People programs are effectively implemented and that management decisions are guided by data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity within the organization.

You will collaborate with functional People Partners to ensure that all employees receive the support they need to thrive in their roles. By translating business objectives into actionable People strategies, you will help the organization reach its full potential. You will also be responsible for analyzing People-related metrics and providing insights to leadership to inform decision-making.
