Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the Latin American market, with a strong ability to create and drive revenue. You are a self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and can quickly build a pipeline of business. Your experience includes generating business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling, and you are adept at meeting and exceeding sales quotas. You understand the importance of brand awareness and lead generation, and you are comfortable owning the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

You are hungry, nimble, and intelligent, with the ability to close a mix of complex enterprise and more transactional deals. You are also skilled in maintaining account and opportunity forecasting within internal systems, ensuring that you stay organized and focused on your goals.
What you'll do
As the Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for creating and driving revenue within a specified region or list of named accounts. You will generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling, driving brand awareness and lead generation through various channels. Your primary responsibility will be to meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas, owning the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. You will develop a business plan and present it during quarterly review sessions, ensuring that you maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal forecasting system.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product offerings. Your role will require you to self-generate leads and maintain a strong presence in the market, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to identify new opportunities. You will also be expected to collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and strategies for success.
