Five9 is seeking an Enterprise Solution Consultant to enhance customer experience through cloud contact center solutions. You'll partner with Account Executives and provide technical guidance to clients. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in presales support.

Who you are
You have a strong background in customer-facing roles, ideally with experience in solution consulting or presales. Your ability to build credibility and communicate clearly is essential, as you will be articulating the value of Five9's solutions to enterprise clients. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You understand the competitive landscape and can provide valuable insights to influence product development. Your experience in conducting detailed requirements analyses and delivering technical presentations will be key to your success in this role.
Desirable
Experience with cloud contact center software or related technologies is a plus. Familiarity with RFP processes and technical documentation will help you excel in this position. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance your effectiveness as a Solution Consultant.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Solution Consultant at Five9, you will support and enable technology and reseller partners with presales guidance, training, and ongoing technical coaching. You will partner closely with Account Executives to sell Five9 solutions into larger enterprise and strategic companies, articulating the value through presentations and demonstrations. Your role will involve conducting detailed requirements analyses to understand customer needs and providing relevant feedback to internal teams to influence product development. You will also assist with RFP responses and recommend changes to product manuals and specifications when necessary. Your ability to communicate plans, progress, and status updates to both internal and customer organizations will be crucial in ensuring alignment and success.
