What you'll do
In this role, you will support Five9’s strategic ISV, SI, and Technology Alliance partners, focusing on the ServiceNow and Salesforce ecosystems. You will assist in developing joint solutions and demos, working closely with senior Solution Consultants and alliance leaders. Your responsibilities will include learning and mastering multiple platforms, contributing to technical storytelling, and creating reusable content such as videos and documentation. Over time, you will help showcase how Five9 integrates with various ITSM, CRM, and workflow tools, becoming a key player in the technical evangelism of our solutions. You will engage in collaborative projects that require you to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that the value of our integrations is clearly articulated.
