Fivetran is hiring a Mid-Level Account Executive to drive new business in the DACH region. You'll engage with commercial customers through outbound prospecting and consultative sales conversations. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to sales.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and enjoy the thrill of creating opportunities as much as closing them. Your consultative approach allows you to understand customer data challenges and translate them into effective solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales development, solutions engineering, and marketing teams to drive results. You are comfortable with outbound prospecting and have experience building and managing your own sales pipeline. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with various stakeholders, including technology partners and system integrators. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve the sales process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will proactively identify and engage new commercial customers across the DACH region through outbound prospecting. You will build and close your own pipeline of opportunities, leading discovery conversations to understand customer data challenges and translating them into Fivetran solutions. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with sales development, solutions engineering, marketing, and partner teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also build productive relationships with technology partners and system integrators, sharing learnings and contributing to improving how the team sells. Your efforts will directly impact Fivetran's mission to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity.
