Who you are
You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's GTM Sales Team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping teams enhance their productivity and collaboration through innovative tools. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with prospective customers and understand their unique business challenges. You are comfortable conducting face-to-face and virtual meetings, showcasing your ability to adapt to different communication styles. You have a knack for building relationships and are driven by results, always aiming to exceed your sales quotas.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be instrumental in prospecting and developing new potential accounts, educating contacts on how Notion can enhance their team's collaboration and productivity. You will hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals, running product demos to close business at or above quota level. You will help build playbooks and define our sales motion, contributing valuable customer feedback to shape Notion's roadmap. Your efforts will directly impact Notion's growth and success in the DACH region, as you work closely with our incredible EMEA user base to provide world-class service.
