Fivetran is hiring a Mid-Level Account Executive to drive new business in the DACH region. You'll engage with commercial customers through outbound prospecting and consultative sales conversations. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to sales.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and enjoy the thrill of creating opportunities as much as closing them. Your consultative approach allows you to understand customer challenges and translate them into effective solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales development, marketing, and partner teams to drive success. You are proactive in identifying and engaging new commercial customers, demonstrating your ability to build and close your own pipeline of opportunities. Your strong communication skills enable you to lead discovery conversations and build productive relationships with technology partners and system integrators.

What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively identify and engage new commercial customers through outbound prospecting. You will build and close your own pipeline of opportunities across your territory, leading discovery conversations to understand customer data challenges and translating them into Fivetran solutions. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will also share learnings and contribute to improving sales processes as the company continues to scale. Your efforts will directly impact Fivetran's mission to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity.
