What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of New Business Commercial Account Executives focused on outbound-led new business growth. You will build a culture of high ownership and strong execution, ensuring that your team consistently performs at a high level. You will maintain strong oversight of the sales pipeline, deal strategy, and forecasting across the team. Your responsibilities will include modeling and reinforcing effective outbound sales motions, coaching both tenured and newer representatives, and helping to shape the growth strategy for the EMEA region.
