You have a proven track record in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience leading high-performing teams in a commercial environment. You understand the nuances of outbound sales and have a strategic mindset that allows you to oversee pipeline management and deal strategy effectively.
You are adept at fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring that your sales team is aligned with broader organizational goals. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about helping others grow in their careers.
What you'll do
As the Senior Sales Manager at Fivetran, you will lead a team of New Business Commercial Account Executives, focusing on outbound-led new business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that enhance team performance and drive results. You will maintain strong oversight of the sales pipeline, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet their targets and forecast accurately.
You will coach both tenured and newer sales representatives, helping them to consistently perform at high levels and progress in their careers. Your role will involve modeling effective outbound sales motions and reinforcing best practices within the team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to shape the growth strategy for the EMEA region, playing a visible leadership role within the organization.
