You have 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement or a related field, with a proven track record of empowering sales teams to achieve peak performance. Your expertise in sales methodologies allows you to design effective enablement programs that drive growth across the customer lifecycle. You are skilled in data analysis, enabling you to identify key performance indicators and leverage insights to inform strategic decisions. Your strong communication skills help you build collaborative relationships with Commercial Leadership, ensuring that enablement initiatives align with their strategic priorities. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote flexibility with in-person collaboration to foster team dynamics. You are passionate about creating a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with Commercial Leadership to develop and execute a world-class enablement program. You will leverage data and analytics to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and design training initiatives that equip the salesforce with the tools, knowledge, and strategies they need to win. You will build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure that enablement initiatives directly address their strategic priorities. You will conduct regular assessments of the sales team's performance and provide actionable feedback to drive improvement. Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends and competitive intelligence to continuously enhance the enablement program. Your role will involve designing and delivering training sessions, creating enablement materials, and facilitating workshops that foster skill development. You will also measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and iterate on programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
