You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customers alike.

You are familiar with data replication technologies and have hands-on experience with tools like Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks. Your technical expertise extends to programming languages such as Python and Java, enabling you to provide in-depth technical support during the sales process. You thrive in a remote work environment and are willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales initiatives.

What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Engineer at Fivetran, you will work closely with the Enterprise sales team to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Fivetran's solutions can meet their data needs. You will develop and deliver technical presentations that highlight the value of our data replication solutions, ensuring that potential customers understand the benefits and functionalities of our offerings. Your role will involve running proof-of-value processes to secure technical wins and align our solutions with customer expectations.

You will collaborate with various internal teams, including Product, Post Sale Services, Support, and Engineering, to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into our solutions and that we maintain alignment across departments. Your insights will help shape product development and improve customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for identifying functional and technical requirements, ensuring that our solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each enterprise client.
