Overview

Fleetio is hiring a GTM Onboarding Manager to design and run a tech-forward onboarding program for their Go-To-Market organization. This role focuses on Sales and Client Experience, requiring experience in customer-facing roles.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer-facing roles, particularly in Sales or Client Experience, which allows you to understand the nuances of onboarding new hires effectively. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable training modules that help new employees ramp up quickly. You are tech-savvy and comfortable using AI and automation tools to enhance the onboarding process, ensuring it is scalable and user-friendly for both new hires and managers. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about creating inclusive and supportive onboarding experiences.

What you'll do

As the GTM Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for building and running a best-in-class onboarding program tailored for Sales and Client Experience teams. You will own the 30/60/90 onboarding journeys for key GTM roles, ensuring that new hires receive structured learning and practice opportunities. Your role will involve designing a virtual-first onboarding experience that leverages technology to facilitate learning and development. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the onboarding program aligns with the company's goals and meets the needs of new employees. Additionally, you will continuously assess and improve the onboarding process based on feedback and performance metrics.
