Overview
OpenAI is hiring a GTM Enablement Manager to lead onboarding delivery for a rapidly scaling customer-facing GTM organization. You'll facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops to accelerate new hires to confident, customer-ready performance. This role is based in San Francisco and requires strong collaboration with various teams.
Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in training and enablement, particularly in onboarding new hires in a customer-facing role. You excel at facilitating high-energy, interactive training sessions that drive behavior change and help new employees become confident in their roles. You are skilled in building content that remains current and relevant as products and messaging evolve. You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy partnering with leadership and subject matter experts to align onboarding with real field needs. You are proactive in seeking feedback and continuously improving training processes. You are comfortable with occasional travel to support onboarding efforts in other locations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will deliver a predictable onboarding cadence through live sessions and workshops that build core GTM behaviors early on. You will facilitate interactive trainings that include role plays, scenarios, and in-the-moment coaching to ensure new hires are well-prepared for their customer-facing roles. You will partner with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product Enablement, and Field Enablement to keep onboarding aligned with current priorities. You will also build a content freshness system to ensure training materials are updated regularly as products and messaging change. Your focus will be on instrumenting onboarding processes and continuously improving them based on feedback and performance signals.
