You have a deep understanding of SaaS and DevOps solutions, which allows you to effectively communicate the strategic value of Gearset’s offerings to potential clients. Your proactive approach to sales means you are always on the lookout for new opportunities to drive revenue growth. You are comfortable working with global brands and have experience collaborating with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex customer needs.

What you'll do
In your role as an Account Executive - Enterprise at Gearset, you will lead revenue growth initiatives within the largest and most complex organizations in the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with a high-performing team dedicated to delivering Gearset’s market-leading SaaS and DevOps solutions to global brands. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing, and ensuring a seamless transition for clients post-sale.
You will collaborate with Global Systems Integrators and Salesforce to create strategic partnerships that enhance Gearset’s market presence. Your role will involve conducting in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how Gearset’s solutions can address these effectively. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the value of Gearset’s offerings.
As a product expert, you will stay informed about industry trends and developments, ensuring you can provide clients with the most relevant insights and recommendations. You will also engage in ongoing relationship management with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
