You have a proven track record in sales and partnership development, particularly within the sports industry — your ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders has been instrumental in your success. You understand the nuances of strategic partnerships and are adept at identifying opportunities that drive revenue growth. Your experience in the hockey ecosystem gives you a unique perspective on how to engage with brands and create compelling partnership proposals.
You are a market-maker — rather than simply responding to requests for proposals, you proactively create opportunities that align with both FloSports' goals and the needs of potential partners. Your strategic mindset allows you to architect revenue strategies that tap into untapped markets and drive significant growth for the hockey vertical across North America.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of partnerships to both internal teams and external stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in partnership initiatives. Your passion for sports, particularly hockey, fuels your drive to make FloSports the premier partner for brands in this space.

What you'll do
In this role, you will own the revenue strategy for the hockey vertical, identifying and pursuing high-value partnership opportunities. You will leverage your existing relationships with Tier-1 hockey brands to open doors that others may find unopenable. Your focus will be on building long-term, multi-year alliances that create value for both FloSports and its partners.
You will collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership proposals that align with FloSports' strategic objectives. This includes working closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure that partnership initiatives are well-integrated and effectively communicated. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on partnership performance, using data to inform future strategies and initiatives.
Your role will involve regular engagement with partners to nurture relationships and ensure satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns and identifying opportunities for further collaboration. Your ability to negotiate and close deals will be critical to your success in this position.
