You have a strong background in payroll processing, particularly in international contexts, with experience managing payroll operations across multiple countries. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to audit payroll transactions effectively and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws. You are detail-oriented and proactive in staying updated on legislation changes that impact payroll processing. Your experience with time-tracking systems enhances your ability to reconcile payroll reports and track employee hours accurately.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with finance, HR, and external stakeholders to drive process improvements. Your communication skills enable you to liaise effectively with third-party payroll providers, ensuring that payroll operations run smoothly and efficiently. You are committed to delivering accurate and timely payroll processing, understanding the importance of compliance in maintaining employee trust and satisfaction.
Desirable
Experience with payroll software such as ADP, iiPay, or DEEL is a plus, as is familiarity with payroll regulations in various countries. You may also have a background in finance or accounting, which complements your payroll expertise. What you'll do
In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring that all payroll transactions are accurate and compliant with local regulations. You will audit payroll transactions regularly and stay informed about changes in legislation that affect payroll processing. Your responsibilities will include reconciling payroll reports and ensuring accurate tracking of employee hours, overtime, and leave. You will resolve any discrepancies that arise, maintaining a high level of accuracy in payroll processing.
You will collaborate closely with third-party payroll providers to ensure that payroll operations are efficient and compliant. This involves regular communication and coordination with finance and HR teams to align on payroll-related matters. You will also drive process improvements within the payroll function, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices to streamline operations.
Your role will require you to stay updated on country-specific regulations regarding payroll, social security contributions, and statutory reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll processes adhere to these regulations, mitigating any risks associated with non-compliance. Your analytical skills will be crucial in this aspect, as you will need to interpret complex regulations and apply them to payroll operations effectively.
