You have extensive experience in payroll management, particularly in handling multi-state payroll across various legal entities. What you'll do
In this role, you will take full ownership of the U.S. payroll process at TravelPerk. You will be responsible for running payroll across multiple states, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. You will collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and implement best practices. Your role will also involve preparing payroll reports and analyzing payroll data to provide insights that support business decisions.
You will play a crucial role in onboarding new employees, ensuring they are set up correctly in the payroll system.
