TravelPerk is hiring a Senior Payroll Analyst to take full ownership of U.S. payroll operations. You'll be responsible for running multi-state payroll across two legal entities. This position requires experience in payroll management and compliance.

Who you are
You have extensive experience in payroll management, particularly in handling multi-state payroll processes. Your attention to detail ensures accuracy in payroll calculations and compliance with federal and state regulations. You are adept at using payroll software and have a strong understanding of payroll tax laws and reporting requirements. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering a high-quality payroll experience for employees.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to identify discrepancies and resolve payroll issues efficiently. Your communication skills enable you to work effectively with various stakeholders, including HR and finance teams. You are proactive in staying updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices, ensuring that the payroll process remains compliant and efficient.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end payroll process for U.S. employees, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing across multiple states. You will collaborate with HR to maintain employee records and ensure that all payroll-related data is up to date. You will also be responsible for preparing payroll reports and analyzing payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Additionally, you will handle payroll inquiries from employees and provide guidance on payroll-related matters.
You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations. Your role will involve staying informed about payroll tax changes and implementing necessary adjustments to payroll processes. You will also participate in payroll audits and assist in the development of payroll policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
