You are an experienced Payroll Analyst with a strong background in payroll operations, particularly in supporting international teams. You possess a keen attention to detail and are motivated to improve processes through standardization and automation. Your analytical mindset allows you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to continuous personal development.
Desirable
Experience in payroll processing for international regions, particularly LATAM, is a plus. Familiarity with payroll software and tools will enhance your ability to contribute to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for the LATAM region. You will work closely with existing international payroll partners to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Your role will involve creating and maintaining robust process documentation, adhering to internal controls, and collaborating with various business partners to drive improvements in payroll operations. You will also brainstorm and implement ideas for process standardization and automation, contributing to the scalability and effectiveness of payroll functions as Snowflake continues to grow.
