Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in technology or data security. You are comfortable generating leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and research. Your ability to manage and convert inbound leads is key to driving revenue growth. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding. You are data-driven, tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes. You understand the importance of client feedback and use it to enhance the sales process and product adoption.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Formal, you will be responsible for generating leads and managing your territory effectively. You will develop and implement full sales cycle strategies aimed at driving product adoption and client retention among existing customers. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure that customers are satisfied and onboarded successfully. You will track and report on sales performance metrics, using this data to iterate on your sales strategies.
