You have over 5 years of experience in channel sales, primarily in B2B environments, and a proven track record of driving revenue and achieving ambitious targets. Your background includes significant experience in sales leadership roles, where you've developed and executed go-to-market strategies that have successfully increased market share. You possess deep technical expertise and can navigate complex technology landscapes, making you an asset in understanding and communicating product value to partners and customers alike.
Fluency in English is essential, as you will be required to communicate effectively with international partners and stakeholders. You thrive in environments with ambiguous objectives and are adept at establishing clear goals and metrics for success. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to seek out new opportunities and innovate within the channel sales space, ensuring that your partners are equipped to exceed their targets.
What you'll do
As the Channel Sales Manager at Formlabs, you will be responsible for establishing and growing healthy sales channels in China. Your mission will be to build a go-to-market system that reliably delivers year-over-year bookings growth in channel sales while maximizing profit contributions. You will manage partnerships to enhance sales performance and build the Formlabs brand in the region. Setting ambitious targets for current partners will be a key aspect of your role, and you will provide the necessary support and resources to help them achieve these goals.
You will attend trade shows with partners to increase lead flow and ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey with Formlabs. Your ability to understand complex technology will be crucial as you reinforce the company's competitive advantages by maximizing the impact of new product launches and delivering excellent customer service. You will also collaborate closely with marketing and services teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion.
What we offer
At Formlabs, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes equity in the form of RSUs, allowing you to grow alongside the company. Your base pay will be determined based on your skills, qualifications, experience, and expected impact on the organization, with an annual base pay range for this role between ¥350,000 and ¥450,000 CNY.
