Who you are
You are a high-impact, analytical, and strategic problem-solver with a strong background in revenue operations. You have experience working closely with senior leaders across various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations. Your analytical rigor and strategic thinking enable you to tackle high-priority business challenges effectively. You are likely a former management consultant or a top MBA graduate looking to step into a key business role and make a tangible impact. You thrive in high-visibility roles with direct access to executive leadership, and you are passionate about driving initiatives that impact growth.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced environment where you have successfully driven strategic initiatives. Familiarity with 3D printing technology or related industries is a plus. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to changing business needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive strategic planning and execution across revenue-generating teams, identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and improve efficiency. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to shape Formlabs' go-to-market strategy. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. You will lead initiatives that optimize revenue performance and ensure alignment across departments. You will also collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
What we offer

Your total compensation package will be competitive and determined based on your skills, qualifications, experience, and expected impact on the organization. The annual base pay range for this role is $135,000—$220,000 USD.
