Who you are
You are a tech-savvy professional with a strong customer service focus — you thrive on building positive relationships with customers and addressing their sales or service-related questions. Your persistence and passion for technology drive you to succeed in a sales environment, and you are excited about the opportunity to work with cutting-edge 3D printing technology. You understand the importance of quickly responding to prospective customers and creating effective outreach strategies to identify and close sales opportunities.
You have experience in sales, ideally within a technical field, and you are comfortable working in a hybrid role that requires weekly on-site presence in Berlin. You are adaptable and open to relocation support if needed, and you hold a valid EU work permit or are an EU citizen. You are motivated by the chance to contribute to a company that is changing how the world creates and innovates.
What you'll do
In this role, you will join Formlabs' direct sales team in EMEA, focusing on supporting customers from the Berlin office. You will handle inbound leads, ensuring that you respond promptly and effectively to inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and close sales opportunities, leveraging your technical knowledge and customer service skills to guide customers through the sales process. You will collaborate with other team members to develop outreach strategies that resonate with potential clients, helping them understand the value of Formlabs' 3D printing solutions.
You will also play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with their purchases. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand customer requirements will be crucial in this position. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends, contributing to the overall success of the company.
