Your attention to detail and organizational skills enable you to troubleshoot issues efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in the Customer Success Support team at FreedomPay. You will manage support requests from clients, ensuring that their issues are addressed promptly and accurately. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout their journey with FreedomPay.

You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that client needs are met and that any issues are resolved quickly.
