Who you are
You are a driven individual looking to take the next step in your sales career. You may have experience as a sales or business development representative and are eager to transition into account management. Alternatively, you might have relationship management experience in a customer success or account management role and are excited about working with the customer base that Fresha supports.
You possess strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build long-term relationships with partners and clients. You are motivated by growth and retention, and you understand the importance of up-selling and cross-selling within the Fresha platform. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various teams will be key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Account Management and collaborate with our Sales and Onboarding teams. Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and retention for the Fresha platform by building strong relationships with existing customers. You will engage with partners to understand their needs and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling our services. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of Fresha as a leading marketplace platform in the beauty and wellness industry.
You will also be responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction and ensuring that our partners are getting the most out of the Fresha platform. By providing exceptional support and guidance, you will help our partners maximize their revenue potential through effective use of our tools and services. Your role will be crucial in fostering a positive customer experience and driving long-term loyalty to the Fresha brand.
