Who you are

You have a proven track record in business development, ideally within the beauty and wellness industry — you understand the nuances of building relationships and driving sales in a competitive marketplace. Your ability to communicate effectively in Russian is a key asset, allowing you to connect with a diverse range of clients and partners. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You are results-driven and enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Desirable

Experience in a startup or rapidly growing company is a plus — you understand the dynamics of scaling a business and can adapt to changing circumstances. Familiarity with marketplace platforms and the beauty and wellness sector will give you an edge in this role.

What you'll do

As a Business Development Specialist at Fresha, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the beauty and wellness sector. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and the Commercial team to develop strategies that drive growth and expand our market presence. Your role will involve engaging with potential partners, presenting Fresha's value proposition, and negotiating contracts to secure new business. You will also be expected to monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform your strategies and ensure Fresha remains a leader in the industry.
