You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in the beauty and wellness industry. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. What you'll do
In this role, you will be one of the first commercial hires in Germany, which presents a unique opportunity to accelerate your career. You will actively contribute to building the German market alongside leadership in DACH and EMEA. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, engaging with potential clients, and driving user acquisition for the Fresha platform. You will also work closely with marketing to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure that sales efforts are supported by effective campaigns. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities for growth. Collaboration with international teams will be key as you help shape the future of Fresha in Germany.
