Varicent is hiring a Sales Enablement Specialist to optimize go-to-market functions and enhance tool utilization. This role is remote and based in Monterrey, Mexico.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales enablement and operations, with experience in developing scalable documentation and training materials. You understand the importance of integrating process excellence with enablement strategies to drive revenue success. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about empowering teams to maximize their performance. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively support onboarding and enhance tool utilization across teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will architect go-to-market processes and develop essential documentation that supports the sales enablement function. You will work closely with various teams to identify process efficiencies and ensure that all sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools and training. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed training materials, supporting onboarding initiatives, and continuously optimizing processes to enhance overall sales performance. You will play a critical role in redefining how organizations achieve revenue success through innovative enablement strategies.
