What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the senior point of contact for Qumulo’s largest strategic customers, driving account growth and ensuring long-term success. You will develop and maintain deep relationships with executive stakeholders, both within the customer and at Qumulo, to foster collaboration and trust. Leading strategic joint account planning initiatives with customers will be a key responsibility, as you work to align their needs with Qumulo's innovative solutions.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that address customer challenges and drive business outcomes. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and developing strategies to capitalize on them. You will also be responsible for tracking account performance metrics and reporting on progress to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with company objectives.
