You have a proven track record in partnership management, ideally with experience in the technology sector — you've successfully established and nurtured relationships with ISV partners, driving mutual growth and success. Your ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, sets you apart as a collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic environments.
With a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, you approach challenges with creativity and determination — you understand the importance of aligning partnership strategies with broader business goals and are adept at navigating complex organizational landscapes. Your experience in developing go-to-market strategies will be invaluable as you work to position Frontify as the platform of choice among partners.
You possess strong leadership skills, having guided teams or individuals in previous roles — your ability to mentor and support your direct report will foster a culture of growth and collaboration within the Global Partnerships team. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust network of regional ISV partners — you will identify potential partnerships and deepen relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with Frontify's strategic goals. Your collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams will be crucial in executing partnership initiatives and driving success.
You will lead day-to-day partnership activities, ensuring effective communication and deliverables are met — your hands-on approach will enable you to tackle challenges head-on and find innovative solutions that benefit both Frontify and its partners. You will also play a key role in shaping the global go-to-market strategy, leveraging your insights and expertise to enhance Frontify's market presence.
