You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams. You are detail-oriented and can manage high-volume software installations while maintaining a focus on customer retention and revenue generation. Your ability to navigate complex problems and push boundaries will contribute to the success of FRONTSTEPS and its mission to simplify community management.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for the independent execution of software setup and implementation. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our solutions are adopted effectively and that customers are satisfied with their experience. Your role will involve strategic planning and execution, requiring you to think critically about how to best serve our clients and enhance their operational capabilities.
You will lead high-volume software installations, ensuring that each implementation is tailored to the specific needs of the community management companies and homeowner associations we serve.
