You have strong experience working as a Technical Recruiter, ideally with a focus on software engineering or other technical roles. Your sourcing skills are top-notch, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and referrals to engage high-quality candidates. You excel in communication and relationship-building, ensuring a transparent and positive candidate experience. You thrive in a remote work environment and can work autonomously while collaborating with a distributed team. Your background includes experience in startup or agency recruiting environments, giving you a unique perspective on the hiring landscape.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles, primarily focusing on software engineers. You will source, screen, and engage high-quality technical candidates, conducting recruiter screens and coordinating technical interviews. Partnering closely with hiring stakeholders, you will understand role requirements and priorities to effectively manage candidate pipelines and keep systems up to date. Your goal is to deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience while collaborating with team members to continuously improve recruiting processes. You will play a key role in scaling world-class engineering teams for our clients, making a real impact on hiring outcomes.
