What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with key business stakeholders to deeply understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract the right talent. You will proactively recruit and maintain relationships with highly sought-after candidates, ensuring that they have a positive experience from the initial contact through to the hiring decision. You will manage candidates in process, reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens, while also providing feedback and support to both candidates and hiring managers.
