Who you are
You have a background in recruitment, ideally with experience in business management functions. You understand the importance of talent research and market mapping, and you are skilled in sourcing and evaluating candidates effectively. Your ability to conduct behavioral interviews allows you to assess candidates closely, and you are eager to develop your skills in conducting technical interviews over time. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at building relationships with team leads to understand their strategic priorities and hiring needs.
You are detail-oriented and capable of managing the recruitment process to meet hiring goals. You track and analyze relevant metrics to provide insights to senior leadership, ensuring that the recruitment strategies align with the organization's objectives. As a brand ambassador for Garda, you represent the company both internally and externally, showcasing its values and culture.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, focusing on crafting and executing active sourcing strategies to identify talent for Gardaβs near and long-term needs. You will document active candidates and processes meticulously, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible. Conducting behavioral interviews will be a key responsibility, allowing you to evaluate candidates closely and make informed hiring decisions. Over time, you will develop the ability to conduct technical interviews, expanding your skill set and contributing to the team's success.
You will establish strong relationships with team leads, gaining a deep understanding of their strategic priorities and hiring needs. By tracking and analyzing relevant metrics, you will provide valuable insights to senior leadership, helping to shape the recruitment strategy. Additionally, you will represent Garda as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally, promoting the company's values and culture. You may also lead and participate in cross-functional, ad-hoc projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the Talent Strategy and Acquisition team.
What we offer
Garda Capital Partners offers a competitive salary range for this role, expected to be between $100,000 and $125,000 USD. You will also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, including a discretionary bonus, healthcare plan, and a 401(k) matching program.
