Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the technology or IoT sectors. You understand the importance of building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with diverse teams. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to clients. You are proactive and take initiative in identifying customer needs and providing solutions that drive value. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in the transportation or fleet management industry is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics and machine learning concepts. You may have a background in technical support or product management, which gives you a unique perspective on how to align customer needs with product capabilities.
What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Geotab, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they derive maximum value from our IoT solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and help them leverage our platform to optimize their fleet operations. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.
