Who you are

You have a strong background in revenue operations, with a focus on optimizing sales processes and performance metrics. Your experience includes defining and implementing effective sales workflows that leverage technology and data to drive results. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency.

You possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to assess performance data and identify areas for improvement. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels ensures that you can advocate for necessary changes and drive alignment across teams. You are passionate about using data to inform decision-making and improve sales outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the operational and financial performance of the in-house sales Account Executives. You will define and implement a world-class AI-first sales workflow, collaborating with sales leadership and the Sales Enablement team to ensure that the sales process is efficient and effective. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales performance data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements.

You will work closely with the sales team to develop training programs and resources that enhance their skills and capabilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting performance targets and monitoring progress against these goals. Your insights will help shape the future of the sales strategy at GetYourGuide, ensuring that the team is equipped to meet the evolving needs of travelers worldwide.
