What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at Glovo, your mission is to generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach. You will identify, qualify, and nurture leads, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team. Your primary focus will be on contacting potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and WhatsApp Business. You will present Glovo's services to potential clients, identifying their needs and suggesting appropriate products. Setting up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Executives will be a key part of your role. You will report to the Sales Team Leader on your progress, providing insights on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance.
